Shipping policy

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, if the product of your order does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 10 business days from the date of receipt by you or a third party authorized by you.

The return must include the original packaging, and the product must retain its original condition. Returns of used products will not be accepted.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing of your decision to withdraw (via email, telephone, or other written means).

Once we receive your request, we will confirm its receipt and refund the amount paid via PayPal, check, or bank transfer within 10 working days from the receipt of your withdrawal request, provided the product has been returned.

The exercise of your right of withdrawal will result in a refund of the product's price and the original shipping costs. However, you will bear the direct cost of returning the product unless the product is defective or damaged, in which case the company will cover the return shipping costs.

PRODUCT ORIGIN DECLARATION

The exporter of the products covered by this document declares that, unless otherwise clearly indicated, these products are of preferential SPAIN origin.
